Gravel Path with French Drain Installation

In this project, we transformed a plain backyard into a practical and aesthetically pleasing outdoor space by installing a gravel path. This isn’t just a typical pathway; it includes an expertly designed French drain system that addresses drainage issues while adding value and functionality.

We began by assessing the area to plan the path's direction around existing trees and structures, ensuring it blended naturally with the surroundings. Our team excavated the soil and created a trench that would not only serve as the base for the path but also effectively channel excess water away from the property's foundations.

Installing the pathway required precision as we layered landscape fabric to separate the soil from the gravel, prolonging the effectiveness of the drainage system. The gravel was then evenly distributed, forming a sturdy walking surface while allowing water to seep through efficiently.

This project demonstrates our commitment to combining function with design. We understand that every property is unique, and our approach ensures that the solutions we provide not only address immediate concerns such as drainage but also enhance the overall look and usability of outdoor spaces.
